I’m recommending this album. There are moments of excellent pop, like the lead cut and “Lucky.” and it’s full of insight and depth. There are a few spots where it gets a little…Clunky. Still, in all those are few and far between and well worth sitting through to get to the good stuff. and honestly, that’s true of a lot of indie folk.
Most of all, I enjoyed how it would jump from pure folk to modern sounds. Overall, a very solid listen.
Good stuff–recommended.
